Peltier Jewelry is not liable for packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. This includes items lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and that someone reliable is available to receive the package.

If your order goes missing or is delayed, please contact us immediately at peltierjewelry@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Claims typically take 7–10 business days to process.
